- Full payment must be cleared upon project completion.
- Delayed payments may result in work suspension.
4. Work Timeline
- Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must:
- Provide clear access to the worksite.
- Ensure availability of water, electricity, and storage space.
- Obtain necessary permissions, if required.
- Provide accurate project details before work begins.
6. Materials & Quality
- Materials will be used as agreed in the quotation.
- Any material provided by the client will not be covered under our quality warranty.
- We ensure professional workmanship and industry-standard practices.
7. Changes & Modifications
- Any change in design, layout, or materials must be communicated in writing.
- Changes may affect cost and completion time.
- Revised charges will be informed before execution.
8. Warranty & Liability
- We provide limited warranty on workmanship (if applicable).
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, water leakage, or natural disasters.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be informed in writing.
- Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.
- Any completed work will be charged accordingly.
10. Safety & Site Conditions
- We follow standard safety practices during work.
- The client is responsible for site security and belongings.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, and work methods provided by Shankar Tiles Contractor remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
12. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, both parties will try to resolve it mutually. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to local jurisdiction.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
14. Updates to Terms
Shankar Tiles Contractor reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable immediately.
